Villa Sealand

Villa Sealand was completely renovated in October 2003. The luxury 3-bedroom, air-conditioned villa is light and spacious and has a double garage. It is equipped and furnished to the highest standard and has a solar and/or electric heated pool. The living room with patio doors, and two of the bedrooms have immediate access to the pool area. The bedrooms are carpeted and the living room and bathrooms are tiled throughout

The house is located South West of Cape Coral and is situated at a wide salt-water-canal with views over the "Dale Canal". There is a fascinating view from the terrace especially during sunset. By boat you are able to cruise to the Gulf of Mexico in less than 20 minutes.

The Bedrooms

The Master bedroom has a King-size bed, an en suite bathroom and a walk-in-closet and is equipped with TV.

The two other bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable Queen-size bed with an adjacent bathroom.

Two baby beds are in the house.

Living Room

The size of the living room is 45 sq.m. and is connected through a glass door to the terrace and the pool area. The living room is equipped with TV and a Hi Fi system.

Kitchen

The living room is connected through an arch to the large kitchen, which is fully equipped. You will find every appliance you need, including an oven, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, a refrigerator with ice-crusher and freezer.

Bathrooms

The house is equipped with telephone and has Internet access, washing machine, dryer, baby highchair, towels, bed linen and is completely air conditioned throughout.

Please note that it is prohibited to smoke inside Villa Sealand. The entire house has smoke detectors in each room.
