Prices are exclusive of
6 % sales tax and 5% tourist tax. Additional costs like electricity
and local/nationwide phone calls are covered up to $ 20,00 per week. Additional
costs exceeding $ 20,00 per week, are set off against the deposit.
Long-distance calls have to be paid by pre-paid telephone card.
High-Speed Internet is free.
By booking a deposit of
$ 500,00 has to be paid after signing the contract.
The amount for the rent has to be
paid 4 weeks in advance.
If the contract is cancelled 30 % of the rent has to be paid.
No refund will be given
by cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival.
